Well-aged rums from Jamaica, Barbados, the Dominican Republic and Trinidad, brought together nice-nice with a lick of rare Brixton honey - South London elegance riding Caribbean su n. Ripe banana step forward first on the nose, soft and inviting. On the sip, fresh pineapple glide through clean, layered with gentle green, grassy, herb-led notes.
