Automotodrom Brno in the Czech Republic is one of Europe's most beloved motorcycle racing circuits — a fast, flowing 5.403km track carved through the wooded hills of Moravia outside the city of Brno. It hosted the Czech Republic MotoGP Grand Prix for decades and produced some of the most exciting racing in the championship's modern era, with its long straight, fast sweepers, and technical infield section creating multiple overtaking opportunities.The circuit rises and falls through the landscape with enough elevation change to make setup genuinely challenging, and the long back straight into the tight hairpin at Turn 13 was one of the great overtaking spots in MotoGP. Valentino Rossi, Mick Doohan, and Marc Márquez have all won memorably here. The atmosphere at the Czech MotoGP was always exceptional — enormous crowds filling the hillside grandstands with passionate central European motorsport fans.
