Restore a Tight, Smooth Main Hinge on Your Folding Frame This hinge spindle is the pivot pin for the main frame hinge on long wheelbase Bromptons. If your hinge hardware is worn, d amaged, or missing, replacing the spindle helps bring back a secure hinge feel and consistent folding action. Because Brompton has used different hinge parts over the years, this spindle is intended for the long wheelbase format. Matching it to your existing hinge hardware and measurements is the best way to ensure correct fit. Engineered Simplicity Main frame hinge spindle for long wheelbase Brompton frames Supports a tight hinge interface for stable riding and predictable folding Direct replacement when the original spindle is worn, bent, or corroded Best practice: confirm compatibility by comparing to the removed part Show more
