Our Bronte cake is made with sponge, Chantilly pistachio cream and pistachio granola. The cake is named after the town of Bronte in Sicily, just a half mile from Mount Etna. The na me means ‘Thundered’, after one of the cyclops who lived under the volcano. The pistachios found here are intensely green, and are perfect for desserts!
