This striking fringe is made from naturally iridescent Cockerel tail feathers. The feathers have been overdyed Black for maximum effect and sewn onto a Black cotton bias for easy a ttachment. The fringe is available in either 12cm(5") or 15cm (6") in depth and is sold by the metre. Show more
