The 11" model offers the combination of a long, hand-forged bronze handle opposite a forged bronze loop helper handle, while the larger 13" model with 10" cooking surface provides a pair of loop handles, perfect for use in the oven or on the grill. Each pan includes a stainless steel lid finished with bronzed styling to match the lid's elegant, antiqued bronze knob. At 11" and 13" wide from lip to lip, both stunning pieces of carbon cookware feature a tall, curved sidewall measuring 2.25" high. The versatility of the simple yet precise design means ample space for frying, braising, building volume, and keeping potential splatter contained.
