Developed in partnership with Corry Blanc and his team, these bronze-handled Heritage Roasters are available exclusively through Eatingtools. Each roaster is formed by hand through fire and hammer, the carbon steel walls bearing the marks of their forged origins. No two are alike. A pair of forged bronze loop handles, secured by oversized solid steel pins, makes for easy movement to and from any heat source. Low, sloping walls in 9", 11", and 13" sizes make these pans equally at home in the oven, on the stovetop, or over an open flame outdoors. Pre-seasoned with coconut oil at Blanc's Virginia workshop, carbon steel is durable, naturally non-stick with regular use, and performs on all heat sources including induction, glass, gas, and electric.
