All their embroidered brooches are meticulously handmade by skilled artisans with a passion for embroidery. The small workshop in Delhi is registered and operates in accordance with ethical fair trade principles. This ensures that all artisans (over 18 years of age) work in safe conditions with fair wages, social security, healthcare benefits and a healthy and positive working environment.
