Everything your chicks will need for the first 2 to 6–8 weeks after the program. Baby chicks can typically be moved outdoors once they are fully feathered, usually around 6–8 weeks of age. This kit provides all the essentials to keep them warm, safe, and nourished during this important early stage. This kit includes: 1 x Heavy-duty double-layered cardboard brooder pen 1 x Premium brooder heat lamp (includes globe) 1 x Lamp support rod & cable tie 1 x Feeder and drinker support rod 1 x 5L bag of sawdust(you may need additional sawdust depending on the number of chicks) 1 x 1.5kg chick starter crumble(you may need extra – see feeding guide below) 1 x 3L water drinker station 1 x 2kg feeder station 1 x Floor drop sheet Feeding Guide:Each chick will consume approximately 1.5kg of chick starter crumble between 1 and 6 weeks of age.We sell 1.5kg bags of medicated chick starter crumble, so you can easily calculate and order the right amount based on your flock size.
