This Skeleton Bolt is a beautiful example of a traditional period styled bolt. This Skeleton Bolt is designed, primarily, to be used with INWARD opening doors or windows. It comes with a Keep Plate that is fixed to the frame and receives the bolt as it is thrown into the locked position. The 18 Inch and 24 Inch are now only supplied with a Locking Guide Keep - we will need to know if the bolt is intended to be used in a downward application as the locking guide will need reversing - please contact us before ordering. Made from premium quality brass and handcrafted for us in the West Midlands, using both traditional methods and modern manufacturing processes. Available in a wide range of finishes.
