The winemakers had a desire to produce fine wines a notch above the Nouveau style, classic to the region. They are all strong supporters of minimal intervention winemaking and biodynamic agriculture. Domaine Cambon uses native yeasts and ages their wines in 200 year old large French oak barrels. As a result, they impart as little onto the final product as possible allowing the vineyard site to be expressed in the wine. Show more
