EACH PACK INCLUDES 1 EACH OF THE FOLLOWING AND A TASTING MANUAL: VAT 91: Foeder no. 91 used to be a calvados vat in Normandy. Tasting: Soft, rounded, full-bodied, complex and balanced. Subtle, mellow and elegant flavor. VAT 92: Foeder no. 92 was used for red wine from the Rhone Valley in France. This vat clearly influences the general taste profile of this lambic. A pleasant, full-bodied complicated flavor with a smoky and spicy twist. VAT 108: The wine-like emphasis in Oude Gueze VAT 108 comes together with its clear "aged beer" character, lending this beer a firm and robust flavor with unmistakable yet not overwhelming volatile acidity. VAT 110: Oude Geuze VAT 110 has foeder no. 110, a previous cognac storage vat in a previous life, to thank for its light dry but exceptionally full-bodied taste, finished with a hint of vanilla and dry fruit.
