To use: Complete a patch test prior to the service Cleanse the brow are and dry. Apply gel tint to brow. Remove any excess outside the shape with a cotton tip. Process for 2 minutes. Remove by wiping gently with a cotton pad. Allow to dry. Apply the Activator from the tail towards the front. Blend with a spoolie for an ombre effect. Process for no longer than 1 minute.
