Brow Code Liquid Oxidant 3% 100ML Developer Liquid Oxidant For use with Brow Code Tints Professional Use Only Mix equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer Liquid into a c reamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (Generally 4 drops Liquid Oxidant is enough to make an even paste). Important Note: Do not make tint too watery as this will not result in the desired effect. Allergy Test Mix 1cm of Brow Code Tint with 1 cm of Oxidant 3% cream. Apply a small amount to a small area on the inner bend of the elbow or behind the ear.
