The Oxidant 3% Developer features an easy-to-mix texture, specifically formulated to be used with the Brow Code Tint and Stain Hybrid Dye. Directions: Mixing With Tint Blend equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer until you have a creamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (approximately 4 drops of Cream or Liquid Oxidant will create the right consistency). Pro Tip: Keep the mixture creamy, not watery, for the best results. Mixing With Stain Hybrid Dye Brush Application Mix 4 drops of Hybrid Dye with 2 drops of Cream Oxidant using an application stick or brush to blend into a creamy paste.
