Teff is the basic cereal grain of Ethiopia. The tiny seeds are produced in very loose panicles on slender grass-like plants. Somewhat late maturing here. We are just beginning to g row Teff so have limited information on the two varieties we offer but apparently the brown seeded is the earlier of the two.
