Brown Tree Cutters are designed to do exactly what their name says - take down trees! They feature a unique four blade cutting system with 1/2" thick Ultra-Kor blades. The alternat ing beveled edges on the blades attack the tree with an axe like motion. Most units will be able to cut down trees 8" in diameter. Tractors must be fitted with safety cages to protect the operator from falling trees and flying debris. The 625 lb. blade bar generates the momentum required to take down trees; rotor speed of 810 rpm allows blade contact over 50 times per second. Model RPM Width Weight (lbs.)
