Allow brownies or bars to cool 30 minutes prior to slicing. Place cutter on baked treat & press with two hands to slice. Pan is oven-safe to 500° F (260° C) Cutter & lid are NOT oven-safe. Lid & cutter are BPA and Melamine-free. Parchment paper may be used and makes cleanup simple. Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes. Metal utensils and cleaning brushes will scratch the surface of your pan and are not recommended; however, scratches do not change the cooking properties or safety of your pans, which are made to last a lifetime. CARE FOR YOUR PANS: Natural aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
