Pariondo is the name of Brunelli’s first single vineyard, almost perfectly shaped as a circle. The double fermentation on the skins make this a full-bodied wine, with a great conce ntration of perfumes. Its bouquet is mellow and balanced, with an intriguing bouquet of blackberry jam, mature red fruits, toasted spices and cocoa powder.
