This brushed silver willow leaf necklace is intentionally simple and elegant. Inspired by the narrow shape of a willow leaf, it also has a lovely subtle curve in the side profile. I chose a soft brushed finish for the surface of the willow leaf as I feel it really shows off this subtle curve. As an extra detail, the edges of the leaf are polished, so when worn, the edges will glint in the light in a subtle and lovely way. I really like designing clean and integrated fittings in my jewellery collections, and with this necklace, the smooth silver snake chain slides discreetly behind the leaf, with the loop that it passes through ‘hidden’ from view when worn. You have the choice of a 41cm (16”), 46cm (18”) or 51cm (20”) long snake chain, in the photos the model wears the 46cm (18”) version.
