A Christmas dinner just would not be the same without Brussel Sprouts! They are best grown in rows so you can pick and harvest the complete stem, then just break of the sprouts as needed. The Brussels sprout is a member of the cabbage family and is grown for its edible buds. They have a lovely sweet, nutty flavour and are best eaten when the sprouts are smaller and tender.
