A heavily textured terracotta vessel with an almost volcanic surface - blistered, cratered and richly layered in tones of charcoal, iron, ash and burnt umber. The form is softly as ymmetric, with a gently undulating rim and grounded pedestal base. Its surface feels elemental as thought shaped by firs and time. Crafted in Terracotta with no drainage hole it works as a sculptural statement piece for an interior planter (with liner) or outdoors too. Raw, tactile and quietly powerful.
