A champagne that fully lives up to its name. The Assemblage Elégant combines equal parts Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, the Chardonnay aged six months in oak barrels, into a cuvée of character and finesse. Made by Bruyen, a small family producer from the Marne Valley. Tasting notes: On the nose: woody notes with a touch of vanilla and floral fragrances. On the palate: round and full with fine bubbles and a long finish. Food pairing: Perfectly suited to red meat and mature cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif or after dinner.
