A rosé that is more than a rosé. The Rosé Héritage is a saignée, the most intensive method of extracting colour and flavour from the Pinot Meunier grape. Three months in oak barrels add extra body and an unmistakable character. Fresh, fruity and dry. Tasting notes: On the nose: forest fruits, blackcurrant and ripe fruit. On the palate: raspberry, red fruits, dry and refreshing with fine and subtle bubbles. Food pairing: Excellent with fruity desserts and summer appetizers. Also surprisingly good as an aperitif on a sunny day.
