Our inaugural roast! BTC Dark Roast #1 is a subtle and sweet blend of high-altitude organic and fair-trade beans roasted to a silky smooth brew with notes of chocolate and smoke. Dark and bold, but never bitter or acidic. (As always, add more coffee in your brewing process if you like your coffee dark as night and to slap you across the face, or less if you like a more lackadaisical cup of joe.)
