BLC Coated titanium abutment screws that are compatible with BTI® Multi-IM® Abutments. BLC is a Tungsten Carbide coating - By increasing surface hardness (with TiN coating and BLC coating) and reducing the coefficient of friction you can achieve a greater clamping force compared to standard, uncoated titanium abutment screws, therby reducing screw loosening. The greater surface hardness also helps to protect the screws from fracture. Key Features of BLC Coating: Enhanced resistance to wear and corrosion.
