Bright acidity, fragrant floral notes, and lively fruit expression reflects the region's cool-climate terroir, while our diverse vineyard plantings allow the winemaking team to create a sparkling wine that is both approachable and uniquely expressive. Produced using Charmat Method, secondary fermentation takes place in tank to create a delicate and persistent mousse while preserving freshness, purity of fruit, and aromatic intensity. Lees contact is intentionally kept brief to maintain the wine's bright and vibrant profile. A non-vintage blend of multiple harvests, Bubbly Rosé is crafted to deliver a consistent house style, dependable quality, and sustainable production from year to year, regardless of seasonal variation in growing conditions.
