Warm, golden, and quietly impressive, the Rancho Gordo Buckeye Bean is a hidden gem in the heirloom bean world. These small, smooth beans glow in rich shades of amber and golden br own, and cook up with a mild, slightly sweet, earthy flavor and a tender, creamy texture that makes them wonderfully approachable. They are the kind of bean that works beautifully in everything, soups, stews, simple pots of beans with aromatics, or mashed into a rustic spread. Understated in the best possible way, the Buckeye is the reliable, delicious workhorse that deserves a permanent spot in your pantry rotation. DETAILS: 16 oz Produced in the United States Show more
