Large semi-abstract oil painting on canvas based on a photo taken of the view from Coombe Hill in Buckinghamshire. Painted with brushes initially, I then used a palette knife to ad d definition and texture to the landscape. The soft sky was blended using brushes, and a palette knife was used to apply a slightly textured surface to the fields in the foreground.
