Produced by Rodger Bain (Black Sabbath), Squawk is the second album from Budgie. Blending Burke Shelley’s soaring vocals with Tony Bourge’s monolithic riffs, this 1972 classic brid ges the gap between blues-rock and the heavy sounds that inspired Metallica and Iron Maiden.
