Welcome to WE LOVE 2 STITCH and another addition to the popular Build-A-Block series, the Drunkards Path Block. This block is truly one of our favorites. If you are a quilter, you are probably familiar with the drunkards path block. This block features two fabrics but, here’s the catch, the block must be sewn together with a curve. Quilters either love, or hate, curves. As an embroiderer, curves are NO problem. The drunkards path block is super easy to stitch and gives so many options for different layouts. We love the drunkards path block and all of the layout options, and we know you will too! There are five projects covered in the step-by-step instructions: the Classic Table Topper, the Poinsettia Twirl Table Runner, the Fall Harvest Mini Quilt, the Elegant Ornament Table Runner and the Sunflower Placemats. THE DRUNKARDS PATH BUILD-A-BLOCK: Creating a Drunkards Path Build-A-Block is easy and is created in only three simple steps: STEP ONE: Select a finished block size, choosing from three sizes and two types of Drunkards Path blocks; STEP TWO: Select an outer block quilting motif from the five options; STEP THREE: Select an inner block quilting motif from the five options; and, select from four decorative finishing stitches; Block Sizes: 3.5", 4" and 5".
