“Liquid Skin” is Mother Rock’s daring take on Chenin Blanc, made entirely as an orange wine with an exceptionally long 155-day skin contact. It’s produced from the Waterval Vineyar d on Paardeberg Mountain, close to Malmesbury in the Swartland region.Grapes: 100% Chenin blanc Alcoholpercentage: 12% Vinification: Whole-bunch foot-stomp fermentation, 155 days skin contact, 12-month concrete aging, no sulfur added. Appareance: Vibrant and hazy (since it’s unfiltered and unfined) Amber to copper glints.
