Ever wonder how they harvest perfect little broccoli heads for gourmet chefs and restaurants? Artwork produces literally hundreds of "broccolini" heads. Similar to regular crown br occoli, but harvest the first crown early, then shortly thereafter tender and tasty, dark green side shoots start to appear.
