Due to a high volume of orders, bulk purchases have a dispatch time of up to 14 working days. Please note this is the time required to prepare and produce your order before shippin g. As all bulk orders are custom-made and produced to order, work on your items will begin shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted once production has started. If a cancellation is requested after this point, a fee will be applied to cover the cost of materials and production already undertaken. Refunds & Returns Policy If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
