Due to a high volume of orders, bulk purchases have a dispatch time of up to 14 working days. Please note this is the time required to prepare and produce your order before shippin g. The ‘normal nasals’ are made with MIXED POWDER meaning they will have no taste. Please keep in mind when ordering they will not be strong. As all bulk orders are custom-made and produced to order, work on your items will begin shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted once production has started. If a cancellation is requested after this point, a fee will be applied to cover the cost of materials and production already undertaken. Refunds & Returns Policy If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
