This refresher course identifies and describes the major systems and equipment that make up a propane bulk plant facility. Upon completion, the student will be able to recognize th e operational procedures, codes and regulations, hazards that exist in a bulk plant and how to safely open and reopen valves on both the liquid and vapor supply lines.
