Ideal for rooms with a low ceiling. The shades are made from steel or solid copper so you can be assured of their quality. The steel shade in white has a satin finish, the black has a matt finish and the rust shade is hand-painted in faux rust colours. All steel shades have a white inner for better reflection of light. The Aged Solid Copper shades are made from solid copper. It has been fired for an aged look finish. These shades have a natural oxidised finish that continues to develop over time. The rustic finish is rough showcases the natural aged beauty of copper. The inside is cleaned (not buffed) and then left raw. This finish will continue to patina over time dependant on the environmental conditions they are placed in. Our copper shades are made with 100% natural materials. The finishes are not designed to be a uniform, consistent finish. A consistent finish can only be achieved through electroplating over cheaper materials. The beauty of choosing natural materials are the characteristics of the imperfections and patina which continue to develop over time. The imperfections are not considered defects.
