Bumble Rumble was hybridized by the Gitts family at Swan Island Dahlias and was introduced in 2001. Color: Pink/White Bi-Color. Outer ray petals are a striking deep raspberry-pink (or reddish-pink) swirled or overlaid with a lighter pink hue. The ruffled inner collar (petaloids) is a contrasting pure white. The center is a deep yellow/golden disc. Form: Collarette (C). Features a single ring of large, flat outer petals, a conspicuous open central disc, and a ring of shorter, often ruffled petals (the collar) that sits between the outer petals and the disc. Bloom Size: Miniature (M). Measures approximately 3 to 4 inches (7.5–10 cm) in diameter. Height: Medium-Tall. Grows to approximately 3.5 to 4 feet (1.0–1.2 meters) tall. Performance: Pollinator Friendly and Productive. As a Collarette form, its open center attracts bees and butterflies (the "Bumble" in the name).
