Here are a few ideas for you;Wellbeing Box Cards Choose one card a week and put it up on a staff wellbeing notice board where people will set it. Call it the weekly wellbeing reminder. This is a great way to remind people of the little things that matter when it comes to filling their own cup. Connect Box Cards When you have your next staff meeting, place the connect box cards randomly on tables. Encourage people to pick a card and answer the question with a partner while they are waiting for people to arrive, to start the meeting. This is great way to bring 'play' to a meeting.
