High West Distillery was founded in 2006 by husband and wife duo David and Jane Perkins. David, a former biochemist, was inspired to open his own distillery after seeing the parall els between the fermentation and distilling process and his own work in biochemistry. High West makes its spirits in small batches in a 250-gallon copper pot combination still. This kind of still allows for use as either a continuous/reflux still or separately a pot still - which allows for a variety of unique distillates to be produced.This bundle features 3 whiskies that showcase the range of styles produced by High West distillery, namely Rye, Bourbon & Single Malt.
