A Water based acrylic finishing coat. Use it to seal chalk paint, wood and decoupaged surfaces. Seals, protects and enhances. 250ml Available in Dead Flat and Satin finishes. We re commend for the toughest dead flat finish, use one coat of satin topped by a coat of dead flat lacquer.
