Whether you're harvesting spices on a farm or cooking up tasty dishes in a professional kitchen, you have to keep your head covered. These beauties will keep the sun out of your ey es and your hair out of your food, while the mesh back provides ventilation so your head stays cool. These heather grey hats feature a patch with the Burlap & Barrel logo, a white mesh backing and a maroon tag reading "Beautiful Spices, Equitably Sourced." And yes, they're the exact same hats that we wear when we're traveling around the world to visit our partner farmers. That's Mr. Mark, foreman of the nutmeg farm in Grenada, in the picture!
