Join us for a morning dedicated to movement, connection and wellbeing in partnership with Pilates TLC and The Royal Hotel.Led by Anna Weller, an experienced Personal Trainer, Nutrition Adviser, and Level 3 Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor with over 25 years of experience helping people improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing We'll begin with a guided breath work session designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and help you feel grounded and present, before flowing into a mat Pilates class focused on building core strength, improving mobility, and creating strength from the inside out. Pilates is the foundation of strong movement and can help to reduce the risk of injury, support recovery from old injuries, improve posture and flexibility, support mental wellbeing, balance hormonal health, and even help manage conditions such as IBS and migraines. Afterwards, join us for an elevated wellness brunch, hosted by The Royal Hotel, giving you the opportunity to refuel, relax, and connect with like-minded people in a welcoming and supportive environment. This event is open to both males and females, and all fitness levels are welcome.
