Busiate originated in Trapani, Sicily. The first iterations of busiate, were handcrafted by winding dough around a busa: a thin stalk of disa grass grown on the island to create it s signature helix shape. Made from 100% organic Sicilian durum wheat and cut from bronze dies for robust flavor and texture. Show more
