This collection of items appears to be cobbled together with pieces from different time periods. The bust is likely from the 40s or 50s given the hairstyle and atomic-age look, whi le the stovepipe hat is likely significantly older due to the style falling out of favor long before the atomic age. The hat is likely constructed of a hatter's plush and features a stiff canvas lining; the bust is a hollow wood such as plywood and painted over with brown acrylic. The hat and bust both exhibit heavy signs of wear including paint chipping, creasing, fading, and a few small tears.
