This Butter CO2 is a wonderful non-vegan natural which can be used in traces to add naturalness and richness to a scent or in larger doses to add character go a gourmand as in our demonstration formula for Sora Dora's Jany (see below). This comes in a solid waxy form but gentle warmth will bring it to a liquid state. As natural animalics become more scarce we highly recommend this product as it is a much needed filler for a gap in the market. The scent of Butter CO2 is characteristic of fresh butter (this is used in the flavour industry also) with a mildly butyric acidity in the top. It is very useful for adding creamy notes to florals and woods (especially sandalwood) and it blends beautifully with the likes of Acetoin and Sulfurol. Show more
