BUTTER FLAVORED OLIVE OIL Our creamy, smooth Butter Flavored Olive Oil is redolent with the rich flavor of butter. There are no animal products used in our proprietary all-natural flavoring method! Use as a butter substitute or anywhere you might use melted butter including: over hot popcorn, seafood/fish, bread dip, drizzled over rice, pasta, mashed potatoes or in various baking applications. A unique trick is to pour a small amount of Butter Flavored Olive Oil in a bowl and place in refrigerator and allow to solidify which can later be used as a spread. Combine equal parts of Butter Flavored Olive Oil with any of our dark fruity balsamics to create a syrup for pancakes, waffles, French toast. Our favorite is pair the Butter Flavored Olive Oil with either our Blueberry or Vermont Maple Dark Balsamics. SUGGESTED OLIVE OIL & BALSAMIC COMBINATIONS Black Cherry balsamic, Fig balsamic, Red Apple balsamic, Strawberry balsamic, Raspberry balsamic, Blueberry balsamic, Chocolate balsamic, Cinnamon Pear balsamic, Espresso balsamic, Pomegranate balsamic, Maple balsamic, Vanilla balsamic, Sicilian Lemon balsamic. Whisk together and drizzle over waffles, pancakes, french toast.. OLIVE OIL BUTTER SPREAD Pour a 1/2 cup of Butter Flavored Olive Oil in a container. Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for a few hours. As the oil cools it will start to solidify which will make it easier to spread. Note: since our olive oils are pure and mostly monounsaturated fat do not expect it to harden like a stick of butter.
