Sometimes, the simplest things are the best. Our Egg-Free Butter Sables are a love letter to the classic, golden flavors of childhood. We wanted to create a cookie that everyone could enjoy—without compromising on that signature, rich buttery crumble that makes a sable so iconic. The result is a delicate, "melt-away" biscuit that is incredibly light on the palate but deep in flavor. Whether you have dietary preferences or just appreciate a premium butter cookie, these golden rounds are the ultimate companion for a quiet cup of tea or a busy family gathering. What Makes Our Sables Special: Truly Egg-Free: We’ve perfected a recipe that skips the eggs but keeps all the silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture you crave. Premium Butter Only: We don't hide behind artificial flavors. The star of the show is high-quality, creamy butter for that authentic finish. Delicate & Refined: Lightly sweet and perfectly baked to a soft golden hue, these are the definition of "elegant snacking." A Treat for Everyone: Their egg-less recipe makes them a thoughtful and inclusive gourmet gift for friends, family, or colleagues. How to Enjoy Them: Tea’s Best Friend: These sables were practically made to be dipped into a warm Earl Grey or a milky coffee. The Perfect Gift: Packaged in our signature Whiskdom tins, they add a touch of simple elegance to any gift hamper. Experience the gold standard of biscuits. Pure, buttery, and blissfully egg-free.
