Personalised Embroidery If you wish to have a name, special date, birth weight etc. added to your keepsake, I can do this with embroidery in a coordinating colour on the bears paws. Please select this option before adding to your cart. Items I need From You Baby Clothing Keepsake Teeny Weeny: 5-7 items. Please include a minimum of 6 items if they are smaller items like leggings or t-shirts, or all newborn/first size. Mini Size Bear: 5-9 items. Please include a minimum of 8 items if they are smaller items like leggings or t-shirts, or all newborn/first size. Standard Size Bear: 10-14 items. Please include a minimum of 12 items if they are smaller items like leggings or t-shirts, or all newborn/first size. Adult clothing Keepsake 2-3 items is enough, but please include more if you wish. Your keepsake will have more of a patchwork look. Most clothing works great but there are some items I cannot use within a keepsake: Heavy denim, waterproof fabrics like rain macs, waxed jackets etc., sheer (see through) materials, loose knits, fur and faux fur. I can include little accessories like bows, hair accessories, buttons off shirts etc. Birth Weight Bear If you would like I can add the birth weight of your baby to your memory bear. In the mini size bear the maximum weight I can add is 3lb. In the standard size bear the maximum weight I can add is 7lb 8oz. Please note I cannot add weight to the Teeny Weeny size bear. (up to 10lb available in non-jointed style bear here) What's Next After making your purchase, I will contact you within 24 hours with my address. It is super important you send these items with tracking, these are your super special items, so let's keep track of them! Please note, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your items to me. Once you have shipped your items, please send me the tracking information so I know when to expect them. Please only place your order if you are able to post your items within 2 weeks. Order Queue Once I received your items you will join my order queue, which at the moment is approximately 10-12 weeks. If you need your keepsake by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order. The first thing I will do is send you a digital 'mock up' before cutting into any items to make sure you are 100% happy with the layout of your special keepsake (see an example of this in the images). Please note, delay in approving your keepsake proof may result in a delay in your finished keepsake being shipped. Shipping Your keepsake will be shipped via Royal Mail with tracking, along with any larger pieces of cut clothing if you wish. If for any reason you don’t want the items returned please let me know.
