The LYS Button PRO is a next-generation wearable light sensor featuring 11 channels, engineered by LYS Technologies for research in chronobiology, sleep, and circadian rhythms. Building on the original LYS Button 1.0, the Button PRO offers enhanced capabilities with 11-channel multi-spectral sensing, improved diffuser performance, and refined inter-device consistency. The device integrates seamlessly with LYS Collect (Android & iOS) and the LYS Research Portal, providing researchers with access to raw and processed light exposure data, including mEDI (melanopic Equivalent Daylight Illuminance) and CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature). Product details: ● Multi-spectral sensing: 11 discrete spectral channels (350–1000 nm), includingvisible, near-infrared regions and flicker detection. ● Spectral outputs: Provides calibrated channel values, mEDI and CCT. ● Diffuser: The integrated optical diffuser ensures even light collectionacross all angles. ● Actigraphy: 3-axis accelerometer records movement for contextual activitymonitoring. Movement (Mvmt.) is recorded in counts. Counting rule: A count isregistered whenever acceleration exceeds 0.1875g in a 15-second sampling interval.Counts per 15 seconds. ● Form factor: Small circular wearable with a clip-on design for flexibility in placement(collar, pocket, landyard). ● Station: A charging station used to supply power to the Device via a standard USB-Cadaptor.
