Buzz Rickson’s N-1 is a much lusted after garment with no sacrifices made when it comes to quality. This standard fit jacket has been cut using a 100% cotton jungle cloth and lined with a lustrously warm Alpaca-mohair pile to ensure thermal protection. The vintage zipper is custom made and has been fully cotton bound, while the wind protection button plate boasts a series of durable urea buttons, and is finished with a throat tab which can be fastened to secure the collar and protect from arctic winds. Two side entry pockets have been included for functionality and a draw string waist adjuster is met with knitted concealed cuffs to ensure the perfect fit. Historically, this navy blue colour option precedes its khaki younger brother by one year and was first issued in 1944. As an extra touch of heritage authenticity, the brand have stencilled the iconic silver U.S. NAVY detail onto the back.
